i think that all fuzz pedals sound slightly 'thin' when you drop the volume on the guitar, adds to the character of the fuzz

i use it to get very twangy sounds out of my guitars - works wonders

Yeah it was a bit thin, eg a lot of top end frequencies and a few missing mids (could be my PC speakers though, now I think about it...  :( )

The Foxy sounded the best IMHO.  :P Even though it was silicon it did have a germanium sound  PDT_022  I would love one of those but I am currently a bit skint

Hmmm I wonder how I could order without a credit card? They do seem to be US based, wonder if they need a US mains supply?
The more I learn the less I know!!

Does the EH English Muffn count as a fuzz? - it gets pretty Muff like with the gain turned up - if so I love fuzz - with my Power Screamer feeding it juice I can get a great early Zepplin sound with my MQ and Mule.

I own the roctavios, and that does not need a U.S power supply, so I doubt any of the other pedals will, they're all very similar, nearly identical in design, just with a differnent sound in each box, armadillo, soft on the inside hard on the outside, or even tortoise like? (it's debatable)

p.s. the rocavios is a beautifull sound, unlike most pedals it's WARM, analogue and has some very strange but gorgeuows tones in it!

haha I'm on the dole lol, no money but great pedals and guitar hehe.

sometimes u have 2 sacrifice everything you've got to get the best equipment ; )

p.p.s the roctavios is only n-o 404, that's impressive in todays age! when u think how many pedals boss make every day and all the slaves working for them in japan and china.

I'll never use a boss pedal again unless it's keeley modded, I am 'officially' a snob but hey, who cares?
