They start at $729usd and go up depending on options from there.   Mine seems to be all the stock options, so with alder, a maple neck, ebony fretboard, fixed strat style bridge and Sperzels on a DC127 it will run you about $800.

You can get some cool options too - stainless steel frets instead of standard Dunlop frets, which I'd recommend because they hardly wear (but they do rust eventually but if you play it enough they will still last you a lot longer).

Take a look at www.carvin.com and see what you like.  You can get a mahogany body and flame maple top for about $1000usd.  You can also get ash which I'd find tempting (partially because I have three alder body superstrat style guitars).... but that's straying away from the typical Les Paul sound, and some other woods you don't get the options for anywhere else like Walnut or Koa.   Great if you know what you want.

If you don't get a flame or quilted maple top, I would get a cool looking translucent finish however ;)
Real men turn their volume to 11!

Rebel Yells + Les Paul = the Ultimate Rock Pickup.

I thought I read somewhere that they're bad for your tone though...
