Although PRS fit 50mm pickups as standard the bridge pickup really wants to be wide spacxed to line up better with the strings. Also if your PRS uses the 5 way rotary tone knob the magnet in the neck p/up needs to be flipped which si something we can do for you so long as we know.

If i just order the bridge pickup can it be used in either a 5 way selector or a 3 way toggle (singlecut les paul style) setup as well? I'm just wondering cause I'm not sure 100% positive which guitar I'm going to throw it in yet. Either my SC250 or the Custom 22, I can't decide whether I like the SC250 pickups yet or not.

Also, if I dont order a set (bridge and neck) and just order the bridge pickup now and the neck pickup later, will it affect the calibration between the 2 pickups cause theyre not a "calibrated set"?

If you get the flipped magnet it can be used in either configuration.  It is the split sounds on the 5-way that need this, but the using a toggle will work fine.  If you but then separately, then you will just need to ask for a flipped magnet when you buy the neck pickup.
So many pickups, so little time
