I suspect a Heritage Greenback is the way to go this time, though over on the Matamp forum, they also reckon a Hot100 works really well with the low powered stuff. Which is surprising given that they're a high power speaker.
£220 for my rear ported 1x12 with the "standard" Celestion range.The Hot 100 sounds good at low volumes as well as cranked, which is why I recommend it for most applications.
Martin's 'ported' cab is semi-open back. It would be spot on ;)

you wouldn't use the meat knife on crusty bread but, equally, the serrated knife and straight edge knife aren't going to go through raw meat as quickly
