I've got BKP92s in my Jaguar - love them.
Have you compared the to the 91/90s? I'm wondering at the beefyness of them, if you know what I mean... My impression is that people tend to go for the 91s because they're the middle ground.
And yes PQ - set neck is going to be tricky. Haven't committed myself to it yet. But I'm definitely tempted...
Sorry - have only had the 92s. Wanted to have some real balls, which they do, but without compromising that P90 sound. Especially as the guitar is naturally bright. In series they sound massive, in parallel they sound really round, but not at all humbucker-like.
