Custom built Footswitches in the UK?

Hey guys.

After a days jamming with my new Splawn Quick Rod I've decided that (for the forseeable future atleast) I'm going to forego my G-Major in the loop and just use the amps gain sounds and a wah.

I want to use a 4 switch footswitch so that I can have control over Clean/OD, OD1/OD2, Solo Level on/off and Low Gear/High Gear (you can't normally change gears using the Splawn footswitch) but as the amp runs off 2 stereo 1/4" jacks (ring and tip on each) for footswitching, I'm thinking I may need to have something made up.

Does anyone know of anywhere in the UK that may be able to do what I'm looking for?

out of interest how do you normally change gears?

Monkey FX was the 1st I thought of apart from Red Onion, but Red Onion appears to have disappeared altogether and Monkey FX is no longer building  :?

As I said in the (deleted) thread from Sunday, I had a MonkeyFX fuzz/boost pedal that was a pile of junk, so I couldn't recommend them.
