Indeed Philly, indeed. The only part of the show I really enjoyed was listening to and watching the house band. Sooo good. It spoilt it when they let the 'stars' play with them - particularly Dave Navarro.
I think I hate being indecisive.

Gotta say, I don't like that one either.  But it's better than Adam Levine.  Sorry Fernando.

I'm not keen on the ballads, except the one with Beth Hart:

I never heard of her until yesterday, but she is pretty scary:

This is a good song Philly, just a little too "traditional", I guess... Remember something that I've heard before, perhaps Alanis Morissete...

I don't think she is very scary, I would "face" her :P

i saw them at the gig in Leeds fest 2002 - made us wait for bloody ages but either way the show was brilliant, whoever was playing the instruments. I think sometimes people (usually non musicians) overlook the ability all those guys have.

yeah I saw em in Leeds 2002, hated the wait but great performance - lost all respect for the guy now though, he shows so much contempt for his fans then acts like everyone else is to blame.

as far as ability goes, the musicians he has purchased are definately technically excellent, but as a package they gel like a vegas show band rather than a rock band - there is little soul in the music, its too clinical for me and aint rock n roll.

No half as scary as Slash's Marshall MG tone.

Nope!  I'm really not familiar with much new (or even new-ish) music.  I accidentally discover a few bands/artists and get into them, but 95% just passes me by.

I think that last Beth Hart song is from the late 90s (1999 maybe) so not new in my book but maybe new-ish... Nowdays I have really lost track with all the new bands popping up. It's impossible to keep track!
