for a dyed-in-the-wool Les Paul player like myself, I find it difficult to switch to anything other than a Les Paul when gigging, so a floyd on a LP is great for me.
unfortunately, getting a decent LP with a floyd is expensive, hence my RAWK guitar is a BC Rich, which is a crackin guitar to play following a setup from Paul Richardson.
