As soon as someone mentions the Edge I just think of Bill Bailey...

nothing wrong with a sparse pedal setup!

Right! I have a at least 15 pedals, maybe more, some lying around somewhere. On stage I use mostly: a wah, a Suhr Riot, a touch of Delay sometimes. And if needed: a Toadworks Dual Boost. The days are over that I took ten pedals and used them all. If you have a good (tube)amp, BKP-loaded guitars and two, three pedals, you're the king.  :)

I'll say that it depends on what you're playing. If it's classic rock then you're spot on, but somehow I can't really see the Edge limiting himself to two or three pedals  :D some might claim he should, though...

You need a little more gear for that I suppose.  :)
Mules, VHII, Crawler, MM's, IT's, BG50's.

Anyone got/had/used one of the early Marshall Drive Master pedals?

Any views? I have an early Guv'nor and I was wondering how similar or different they are
