I went to Vienna last year and pretty ended up chain smoking my way through a long weekend just because I was being treated like an adult in pubs. It was rad. Though I have to say I don't have any bother with going outside to smoke here. In fact, in loud or busy venues/clubs/pubs I quite like the wee trip into the colder air and a blether at normal talking volume.
