One thing I just wonderes about: Do you feel the maple board has a noticable effect on the sound or canīt you tell?
I hardly ever see maple board outside of classic strats and been recently wondering how they fare with other kinds of guitars.

possibly. I like maple on superstrats.

I couldn't really tell you, tbh. This is my first guitar with even remotely similar specs.
It's my first neck through, my first swamp-ash body, my first non-glossed maple fingerboard (that even surprises me, because I'm not a fan of gloss fingerboards) and the whole neck is maple. I'd expect it to be bright regardless of the fingerboard because of all the other woods that it consists of - the fingerboard is hardly relevant in terms of tone IMO.
That said, this guitar is quite bright unplugged and also plugged in (although I don't really attribute woods to a very big section of the plugged tone). *Flameshield on*.

Disclaimer: I do believe that wood has some effect on amplified tone - just not enough for me to justify choosing guitars/not choosing guitars based on their woods. Maybe 10%-15% of the tone.

Also, I would recommend a satin maple fingerboard to anyone. Easily the best feeling fingerboard I've ever tried.

Your guitar sounds cool as it is.  I dunno what to suggest for that record the black hawks would sound great as they have a polished/heavy as sin tone but IMO they aint that versatile others may disagree.
