still hurting me... :(

ended up getting told to get an X ray on my shoulders & neck as i could have something more serious up with the muscles in my arms and stuff...the Dr noticed the muscles there are totally rock solid even when i relaxed... :(

DR reckons its just a hefty tweak of the wrists that will settle down... they ache but the pins and needles have gone, just feel 'cramped' now.. i can type ok though again!

gonna have some guitar playing time over weekend :)

ahahahaha i got $%&#ed up in my hand, and i still have a pic of it
i was trying to open up a $%&#ING SARDINE CAN, AND i had the brilliant idea to finish the can Opener work BY HAND(just like BKP do thign, BY HAND. hahaahah) and the, VOILA.. i got a $%&#gin Deep cut, and 4 Stiches. in my Right hand. ahahahahah
