Stormy Monday+LesPaul Artisan on Youtube
« on: October 29, 2007, 04:49:09 PM »
Hello everybody !

I posted a video on youtube.
I play my LesPaul Artisan with new BKP "Stormy Monday" on bridge and neck position. The middle pu is the original Gibson.
This guitar is a "fretless wonder", so it's not easy to play the first time...

Enjoy... and tell me !

That was really good, I like the rythme you have. is a nice style.

Do you not use the middle pickup / middle position on selector switch?

In fact, i don't use the middle position.
The sound looks like a single pu because the middle pickup is in parallel wiring.
 I will post a mp3 file tomorrow.

Really great, just like your last clip, both tone and playing.

Nice playing sushi, are the stormy mondays with Alnico II magnet or with Alnico IV?

you wouldn't use the meat knife on crusty bread but, equally, the serrated knife and straight edge knife aren't going to go through raw meat as quickly

I can see why you don't use middle so much.

Provides a nice contrast, but I don't know if I would use it much in your position neither

It takes some time to get used to and setting it up is quite different also, i still like having my anniversary 25/50 LP this way though.

I was wondering which caps and pots are in it, alot of customs from that era have the dreaded 250k or 300k pots, some even have .047 caps.
