Anyone have any experience with this pedal? I'm looking for a good high gain pedal and I've heard some good things about it plus I'm a fan of EHX. Got a TS808 re-issue which I love but I'm looking for something with more gain.
Also been looking at the Keeley modded Boss MT-2. Looks pretty sweet. Anyone got any ideas?

I have the full size Metal Muff and it's pretty good for the money. Only slightly more expensive than the micro and you get the treble boost side too. Sounded better than the micro to my ears.

New ZVex Box of Metal is due out soon, but it'll be expensive.

Blackstar HT-Dual (or one of the other distortion boxes) would get my vote. £139 for the Dual, £99 for a single distortion.

you can quite easily mod that TS-9 for more gain if you're handy with a soldering iron and can read schematics.

Not a chance of me soldering, never done it before. I'd be too scared I soldered my finger to the pcb. Best leave it to the pro's.

I went ahead and ordered the Micro Metal Muff, for £34 you can't really go too far wrong. I should be getting it tomorrow so I'll put some impressions up then.
