Sounds REEEAAALLLLLYYYY nice, did you make the preamp yourself?

What poweramp is it running into?

Speaker?

thanks, guys!  :P

it's a leadvox leadmaster preamp made by a brazilian guy called Carlos "Nenê" (Carlos "Baby"  )
it was modded for a bit more bass response (changed a capacitor), the resistor on the 2nd gain stage is a bit lower, so it has less gain limitation on this stage, and it has an extra tube gain stage (5 gain stages + buffer stage)
the power amp is that little head over the framus
it's a TubeAmps Gemini Power Amp made by another brazilian guy called Manollo (www.tubeamps.com.br)
it has 2 x 6550 and 1 x 12ax7
the cab is handmade too, but i don't know who made it
it's sized for a 1x15 (the guy built it wrong ), but it has a regular 12" Celestion Century Vintage speaker (i think it's the same as the Vox Neodog speaker)
unhappily i'm selling the preamp and the power cause i'm heavily GASing for a true lp custom
but i still have the framus and a peavey rockmaster

the camera couldn't capture the bass too well but i think the leads were well recorded (except for my sloppy playing   )

will the preamp run on 240v and how much do you want for it?

well... the power amp has a 110/220 switch
the preamp doesn't have it, but it uses an external 110 to 24v power supply
i think it could be changed or you could find another 24v supply for 240v

i rehearsed with this rig through my framus cobra cab today and it sounded great, better than my bandmate's mesa stiletto deuce + marshall mode four cab (70w v30's)
it makes the harmonics (both types) jump in your face like no other amp i've had
i didn't give too much attention for this preamp when i got it at first (i traded my other les paul with BKPs for it and the power amp), cause i love my peavey rockmaster, but these days i'm really impressed with it
it's awesome for leads, sounds really open on chords and has a ton of gain
i use the gain knob on 12 o'clock
it has about 3 months of use

i checked the shipping to great britain and it gets VERY expensive for express shipping (from £90 to £180)
i can do £400 shipped by economic mail (17-23 days) with a 3U rack case

I really like how the sound stays so clear without fizz while being high gain-y.
Very good string separation on the closing chords!

Great!

The last 30 seconds -with the chords thing- are absolutely amazing, even with the big quality loss due to the recording, so thick, grinding, growling yet clear and articulate.... Pure gold...
I started my own record label.
It's called Stand Out Records.
