yeah i know the recording is horrible but I'm just wondering if he's really playing that fast...

apparently he has music out on his site but i havn't checked it, i just assumed that the video is purely to show off speed that's why the tone is so bad... or something.

If you phone a fax machine number you get a similar result to the second clip ... except the fax has a better tone

I like shredding, in context or good compositions, but that second one just sounds like hes repeating over and over

That is strange... seems to me that it could be for real, seen as how his fingers moved did fit with the sound coming through it. But the guy in the end should indicate that it's a joke. At least I hope so. Not for the unholy guitar abuse, but for the sheer gayness.
If for real, it says "I'm here, I'm queer, and I shred". If it's a joke, it says "people who shred like this are queers". Either way, I don't know what I just saw. :?

That one is a fake. You can see his whole body move in fast forward when the shred speeds up.
