Danelectro U2 modded for slide playing....

I bought my Dano RI when they first came out:
I  decided to mod it for slide guitar playing.

this is the result:




Basically What I've done:

- Lipstick pickups are Kent Armstrongs
- P90 is handwound by unknown winder.. lowreading
- blender pot
- lipstick electronics borrowed from a second generation RI Dano
- Orange drop capacitors
- tele bridge with compensated brass saddles
- D'addario chrome flatwound strings
- Strings tuned to c# open tuning
