Hey, and welcome.  I really like the Miracle Man, and have a few clips in the Player's forum you can check out.

Welcome to the forum!

I'm sorry to be blunt here but I think EMG HZ's are for people who want something that looks like a real EMG. EMG makes some of the best active pickups out there. The whole HZ thing came along when Epiphone and BC Rich came with their signature Zakk Wylde and Mick 7 guitars but didn't want to put expensive active EMG's in. IMHO the HZ's are just as bad as the EMG select series. EMG should stick to what they know best.

Miracle Man, Nailbomb and Warpig are great. None of the harshness and clinicalness of the EMG's. It depends on what sort of tone you're after. These pickups will not dissappoint you, the HZ's will.

I have HZ set in my ESP, and all i can say, is i cant wait, till i get the cash to get them out. For my needs ( which include metal ) they really just dont have  enough juice, even with the gain piled on. Go for a warpig or nailbomb.
