Hi Fella - how much comment did you really want? My initial thoughts are:

It loaded ok, so the images can't be too large...but you shouldn't be using them instead of text.

You've also constrained it to 1024 but it doesn't fit :(

With a bit of tweaking, and changing the functionality slightly you would have a very nice site. :)

Yeah its only the splash page thats 1024x768

I was basically just wanting ways to improve it as much as possible

And the main reason i wanted to know about speed is because i dont want my site to be like this
