The SG is doing pretty well now, pimped with a Riff Raff!

(excuse the bad quality, phone camera)

I have set the action, lemon oiled the fretboard, changed the pickup and re-stringed it. Now it rules :D I couldn't be happier.

Love the sound of the Riff Raff, it has very prominent mids and gives you that classic rock sound instantly. The coil split tone is not weak and thin like i thought it might choosing a lower output pickup, it's stronger than i thought and that helps with this being a very versatile guitar.

Can't wait to crank the amp with this guitar now :P

Oh and special thanks to Tim for the help, he was awesome in helping me choose the right pickup for this guitar.

Looks awesome :twisted: Can't wait to get a riff raff for my sg once I've saved up enough money. I'd love to hear some clips if possible

I dont normally like SGs, but that looks very, very cool 8)
