Some Metal with Miracle Mans & Nailbomb
« on: February 06, 2008, 02:00:16 PM »
Thought I’d add my two cents to the cause.  This is one of my new tunes.  The song has five tracks of guitars layered together.  Two were recorded with a late 80’s USA B C Rich Warlock loaded with a Nailbomb, one on a Charvel 675 with a Miracle Man and a Fernandes Steeler also with a Miracle Mane.  The lead was done with the Warlock and Steeler.  Here is the link to take you to the tune, please give it a listen and add give your opinions/criticisms.

Cheers.

kinda goofy.  The vocals and lyrics made me laugh, the "screams" at the end were amusing too.  nu-metally at times thrashy at others, i liked the leads in the middle though - very nice choice.  Overall, amazing tone, though i doubt anything will beat the Metalness of Nolly's ceramic nailbomb.

Not really my kind of metal, but I really liked the tone. Great tight playing as well!

Cheers for the comments, pretty happy with the results guitar wise.  I used My Boss GT8 straight in via a mixing desk, with some intresting results.

No sure about the new metal part, but ta..

You don't hear the nu-metalesque riffs?  They are there, listen harder, i doubt my ears would lie to me, i am pretty discriminating.
