WHOO HOO - MY TICKET ARRIVED TODAY

Looking forward to it - but no idea what sort of stuff George will play - will probably only do one Dokken number at most though and maybe a Lynch mob track.

Well - what an interesting evening.
The gig was so poorly attended (50-60 people at most) - it was almost a private audience with George.

His playing was on form but he was plagued with some technical problems (such as breaking a string and not having a second guitar- so he had to stop and change a string). I sort of wish that I had taken my amber gunslinger along to bail him out

He did a whole section playing to backing tracks from his forthcoming CD and then dragged the excellant support band who had been specially chosen to come back on and play some Dokken & Lynch Mob stuff .
It was all quite informal - felt a bit like watching a rehearsal, but it was a fun night out...

ehy! well it sounds like you enjoyed yourself, and it was worth the ticket price.

That's an intimate gig!!!

Good clip.  There's something about old school shredders that's far more appealing to me than modern stuff...

Guess I'm getting old.
