John Kempainen is the lead guitarist for a band called The Black Dahlia Murder.
I really love this band, one reason is because of John's guitar tone. It's pretty amazing. It just has that "Pow pow punches in the face" crunchy riffing and solos.
Anyone have suggestions how he does it?
Such as certain pickups and what not.
