That's my boy!
« on: February 18, 2008, 01:37:49 PM »
Having a lie-in a week or so ago, I heard my 1 year old son set off along the landing at speed.  "Uh-oh" I thought, "I think I left the music room door open".

He loves the music room - no interest in his own stuff, he just wants to play with daddy's toys :)

Which is why I usually keep the music room door shut :)

If it had been a Jackson or a PRS on the stand, I wouldn't have hung around to take a picture :) but I've had that Gibson since '93 & it's been banged/scratched/dropped more than all my other guitars put together...

I can't see the pic...  :?
I don't if someday I'll be prepared enough to have kids, but I would wish harder as hell to they become musicians...

EDIT: when I sent the msg, I could see the pic...  :?:

Very cute!

But I am SOOO Confused by the amps there - Looks like an Engl pedal going into a Mesa, and then there looks like an Engl Sovereign combo on the left with a Mesa grill?!

Close.

It's a Mesa Recto 2x12 cab, with Engl Savage 120 head on top of it - hence the Engl Z10 footboard.

The Mesa head (an early 50w Rect-o-verb) is on the floor until I get another cab & organise the room properly... :)

EDIT to add: It's a little clearer in this pic :)

Can't see anything but the controls of the savage, looks like a Savage/Mesa mutant :D
