Replacing Polepieces

How easy is it to replace the pole pieces? Will i need to sendmy pickups to tim or can i do it myself. it got a black cover with gold pole pieces?

The reason being is im tring to selll a guitar but i want to keep my Miracle Men but put them in a different guitar.

should i send them back to tim to take the covers off?

Do you mean the pole slugs or the screws?  Screws you can replace yourself, but slugs will need to go to BK I think.

slugs meaning the 'Inner' coils right?

Its the screws on the outer coils. they have a cover so does that mean that it will have to be re-potted?

The screws will still come straight out, you don't need to take the covers off.
