having problems with my toneport

today ive been jamming using my toneport and every second or so theres a staticky click , theres no effects on whatsoever and im playing clean as well.

it doesnt start doing it until ive been playing for a few seconds.

does anybody have any idea???

ive got the newest drivers/firmware/gearbox

Change the cable and see if it still happens?

EDIT: Could be your jack too.

ive checked all that.

im having a lot of problems with my pc atm cos my cmos is corrupt.

really need to get a new motherboard/.

found out what it was

the motherboard had disabled dma and made everything pio so cpu usage was high and everything was slow.
