Tommy Gun With Irish Tours and Cold Sweat UPDATED FILE

Here's one we all know and love! The Clash, Tommy Gun.

All Rhythm guitar played on Fender Strat 1979 anniversary with Irish Tour Single Coil in the bridge position. Clean channel on amp overdriven with a HBE Dos Mos in Mos. Bass, Mid and Treble on 10.

Lead and fills on a Richwood Les Paul with a Cold Sweat in the bridge position. Gain channel on amp. Gain on 5, presence 8, Bass and Mid 10, Treble 7.

Koch powertone II Amp through a loadbox attenuator in to EMU 1829 sound card. Recorded with Cubase VST 5.1

Joe Strummer RIP.

OK TAKE TWO My first upload of this had all the fills missing as i messed up on Cubase. There here now in this file if you don't mind chaps!  :lol:

Thanks very much!  :D  There was a little rhythmic mess up in there on a couple of parts. I bought the tab book on good Friday in Denmark St, I love it.

Joe Strummer the vocalist and rhythm player is sadly no longer with us. He died of a heart attack one Christmas about 5 years ago.

Sure did, I actually had a lump in my throat watching that! Their gigs were in a league of their own, absolute mayhem!

There were a lot of drop ins on this clip, I ran out of tracks in the end as their are still some more to go in there!
