Hi,

my Tele *built 1978* was sick for many years. Feedback, cr@ppy neck p/u Tim has cured it. Here it is, tatatataaaaaa. New pots and capacitor.

Crisp powerful bridge sound, mellow in between, superb stratlike neck sound and the 4 way switch is super.

Played it through my Marshall Silver Jubilee 50 Watts combo. Very low volume *the neighbours* ..... picked up with a AKG C1000S into ProTools. The humming is intended. If it is not humming it is dead.

Buy the stuff. Now I know that the original pickups were cr@p.

I recorded clean and then distorted in the same sequence - bridge, both parallel, neck, both serial.

Cheers

Arne

Really good.

I think that the Tele is a much overlooked machine...  good to hear a Blackguard clip.
