I've always been a bit wary of carrying a Steinberger gigbag around, especially on the tube - it looks alarmingly like a gun.  :(

Fortunately I don't look middle eastern.  Or Brazilian, for that matter...

Dosn't have to look like a gun, a chair leg or MP3 player seems to be enough these days

Register your car as a mini cab so you don't have to pay Ken Livingstone to sit in his traffic jams.

Don't get a bike, you'll end up under a bus.

Public transport is a nightmare.

A power boat is a reasonable alternative but you can never beat a car.
