So my new Les paul 58 was playing beautifully in the shop and just as nice when i got it home, but a few days later and it seems to need a setup again, the low e has a nasty buzz on it and with up strokes the notes on this string are very dull. also the string height feels a bit higher. i'd imagine the truss rod just needs a bit of tweaking.

I've been keeping it in the case at home, and it was on the wall in the shop, is there a chance that this is just due to a change in in the conditions its been living in?

Was it the truss rod? Would have been my guess.
