Got to agree with you chaps I'm afraid. As I've grown up I've started to find Jools a bit pretentious and annoying really to be honest. :(
The show itself is a good CONCEPT; an eclectic mix of good music, played live, with interviews, collaborations and one-off performances. But I usually end up turning it off within about 5 minutes nowadays. I don't know whether that's just the choice of artists or what, but it's missing something.
Oh and as you say Ian- his interviews are HORRENDOUSLY boring and shallow. Or as Al Murray would put it- "TV Chat Show blah-blah". :(
