buying two sets of pickups, need help on chooseing one.

Hey all.

First post here, so hi everyone  :D

i have a year old MIM Tele, and decided to go for the brown sugar PUP's for them, mainly for the blue'sy rock an roll sound.

anyone, that ones all sorted, doubt ill be disappointed compared to the stock's.

Just need a bit of advise for my Les Paul.

Picked up a gorgeous blue Epiphone Les Paul Standard when I went to Dublin for my 21st last month, and just wondering what PUP's to stick into it...

Idealy, i would like to get a Guns'n'Roses "knocking on heavens door" sound for the clean an lead sound.  Any idea what pups i should look at? the Steve Stevens Rebel Yell ones sounded amazing on the clip, didnt get a chance to listen to the others though.

Cheers.

Well, i love my Rebel Yells, and i'm sure they'd do well for that kind of sound, but their output is a lot higher than Slash's alnico II pickups.
So, perhaps a set of PG blues or a set of Stormy mondays would be better suited for the task .
