Looking to pimp a Tremonti se i have gathering dust. Its not got the maple cap though like a les paul.

Almost certainly; the maple cap generally isn't thick enough to make a huge difference to the tone unless you get something like a Gibson LP custom.
I have no signature...

yeah
most maple capped guitars only have a really thin maple veneer, unless they have a huge arch top

I think my Pearl is all mahogany, and the bridge rebel yell sounds great. I had to disconnect the tone pot though, it sounded a bit muddy with it connected.

I have a pair of Rebell Yells in my Greco Les Paul Custom.  They do sound great, but there's just something about that combination that doesnt quite sit right with me.  Can't put my finger on it - just get the feeling it could be better somehow.

I'm just to lazy to find out, cause its a three pickup guitar and I've got no where else for the yells to go.

I have a set of Rebel Yells in a PRS Standard 24 (all mahogany), and they sound great.  They give a beautiful fat tone that slides into feedback really easily if you have a good amount of gain on the amp, but backs of into a really great clean tone.  With the PRS 5-way, the split sounds are almost Fender like.  Go for it, I'm sure it will sound good in the SE.
So many pickups, so little time

I have set in my Guild S-100 (SG type guitar) and they're great!  The EQ is very flat and they're good for cutting through in a band.  They are like the missing link between vintage and modern style  8) pickups!
BKPS: Cryogenic Apache set, Mule set, Riff Raff, Stormy Monday.

I'm about to stick some Rebel Yells into a PRS Corvette... I'm just having it refinished first, so it'll be a few weeks.

If you haven't already made a decision by then, I'll be posting some sound clips.

Wowser totally forgot to update.

The RYs are the worlds greatest pickup!!!
They sound huuuuuuge in there.
Amazing cleans and balls out rock when u turn the gain up as well.
Really easy to get pinched harmonics out of as well.
All in all totally worth it.
