Have a look at the pickup's legs and see how straight they are - if they're the "long" legs, they sometimes get bent slightly in or out.

Even if they are already straight, you can probably bend the legs slightly until they line up - humbuckers are pretty standard sizes so it shouldn't need much adjustment.  Be very careful, though, so they don't snap!

Edit: I'm assuming they're sitting in mounting rings.  If they're screwed directly to the body, you might need to plug the existing holes and re-drill them.
BKPs I've Got:  RR, BKP-91, ITs, VHII, CS set, Emeralds
BKPs I Had:  RY+Abraxas, Crawlers, BD+SM

Can you post a pic of your problem? I mean a pic of the pickup in the pickup frame situation?

Gorgeous PUs by the way!! Those need a black LP Custom.

As quick as I paniced, I solved it. :D

Well, sort of. I simply pushed the pickup and screwed on the other side until it went in. The leg screws are too long, but they're temporary. Gonna see if I can get shorter ones from Tim.

Now the challenge for soldering which wires where.

Hopefully that will come true in due course!

Pickups... That need a guitar.

Whoever it was that was talking about buying new guitars just to have somewhere to put BKPs was totally right.

*awestruck*

That is Most Excellent, gloriously bodacious and totally non-bogus. Gives a bit of a vintage vibe to a very modern looking guitar. It's gutsy but it works.

Thanks for your single coil too Tom, camera ran out of battery so I didn't take a picture of it. Plus it is going into my other Ibanez so stay tuned for more. :)

they really do look great - and i generally hate gold hardware!!

i dont think its the aesthetic option i would have chosen for that guitar though.... i expect much cleaner lines on a guitar like that

lots of people have said Black SG custom but i reckon they would suits a yamaha SG 2000 best

either that or something green
