Ordering?

I know that there was a FAQ sticky somewhere but I can't seem to find it! I don't think it had an answer to my question anyway though. When ordering do you have to use a credit card? I'm not too good with banks and cards and what the differences between things are, all I know is that I have a Visa Electron Debit card, would that work?

And if I want a customised cover (aged gold if your interested  :P) then do I just put that in the comments/requests section of the order form?

You can pay by cheque or postal order, but we will wait for your funds to clear before processing your order.  And yes, a just stick any requests in the comments section.
