Good luck breaking those babies in, My black labels have been receiving abuse regularly for the last 6 months or more, and they're still breaking in!! Huuuge power handling FTW.

You're going to love them :)

I thought it had cascade mod?

I, too, was under the impression that the RR had cascaded gain stages in the pre-amp, unlike the std 1959.

ahhh..the evm12L...an unforgiving speaker!!check your technique at the door!!!I Love mine!!will make you a better player and will let the amp shine-be careful with the treble!!!the cleans are sometimes overlooked by many-pump up the volume and enjoy
btw, my boogie coliseum actually killed one last summer!!!a guy at guitar shop wanted to see what his classic sounded like , so I let him chug it out with my Colisem-later that day, the speaker went back!!!warranty covered it and she is as good as new

Oh, according to the Marshall website, it does have the cascade mod.

I just borrow whatever heads/cabs I need. I am borrowing an oversized 2x12 from Zilla music which has CL80's in :P. I will have this till my rig is sorted. I am hoping to have HTH's Marshall running into an oversized 2x12 with those speakers :).

The music shop here lets you borrow amps, cabinets, etc. as long as you return them obviously undamaged, etc. etc.
