Hi there, i'm new here but have done a few searches and read most of the previous posts regarding your pickups.

I am going to buy a few sets of your pickups but at the moment i'm having difficulty deciding on which models.

I use a Line6 Vetta Head and Cab but play a few styles of music using different guitars.

The first being metal, using a Jackson Dinky with EMG's which i would like to change. Here are a few examples of tones i like, Meshuggah/Sikth/Sevendust/Machine Head.

The second is more Rocky, using a Framus Custom Tennassee which i would like to give a bit more growl but at the same time giving clarity and tone.

What do you guys suggest?

for the heavy stuff, the Warpig is your man!!

It'll eat EMGs for breakfast, and works well with downtuned stuff.

Next is the hardest... the mule and cold sweats are great, as is the crawler... have a listen in the players section to the Cold sweat demo by Steve and the official mule one, and see what you think of those...

The only reason i have gone for the Warpig is coz Pin from Sikth uses the Nailbomb and there must be a reason why?

I'll have a listen to the others you have suggested.

i went for a nailbomb bridge and a mothers milk single coil in the neck (not had them yet, waiting on my guitar being finished :) )

the warpig is uber gain crushing thing, the nailbomb seems a bit more versatile to me (listen to the clips on it).

I was after a heavy power metal sound with occaisonal forays into in flames style stuff... the warpig i think is good for all the really heavy metal like you mentioned :)

Welcome to the forum :D
I'd suggest a Nailbomb set for classic metal tones or for all out war, the Warpig.Fot more general rock the Crawlers are great :D as are Emeralds.VHIIs and Mules have fantastic classic PAF tones but not so much gain on tap as the others, the reward is a bright and dynamic tone but you'll have to work harder for it 8)

Absolutely, semis have a little more mid honk to them which isn't a bad thing in metal when it comes to cutting through. 8)

What differences do the spacing and conductor options make?

Standard spacing is 50mm, ie Gibson or most fixed bridges(in fact we also do the vintage correct 49.4mm too).Wide spacing or 52mm(it's actually 53mm but for some bizarre reason is always referred to as 53mm :o )is suitable for trem bridges or...............wider spaced fixed bridges!
4 conductor wire allows you access to the start and finish of each coil so that you can use options such as series/parallel, in/out of phase and coil splits.
