Had quite some fun, it wasn't extremely great, but some highlights were there.

Biggest impression was definitely Marshall and Chris George's demo of the white RandyRhoads stack ... he said it was on 1 !!!! It was loud, damn loud, and great great tone. Also loved his spalted maple LAG Imperator.

Here my misses, I think she's never been more pretty :O)

Randall has some new low priced Kirk Hammet models... but who wants to sound like Kirk anyways? Where is the Mesa James Hetfield Head?

Nothing more sexy than a black Orange!

Vox upgraded their modeling series with more processing power and more variations, looks more stylish and sounds better too as far as I can tell.

Never heard of Atlas Guitars before. They are nice, close, but not so innovative

Hmmm, I'd have one of those anytime ...

Someone take my wallet and hide it!!

Guitar Heaven at PRS ...

This is what the world has been waiting for ..?

Gretsch are just way cool!!!!!

Who knows this dude? :O) Cornford had a nice booth,

And I had to try one of those LAG Spalted Maple Imperators ... what 3,000GBP ?????

Let there be light!

This is a sweet setup!

Nice pics Hunter! I almost feel like I've been there! PRS stand has to be the favourite for me, but that's cos I'm now borderline obsessed with them.

Atlas Guitars have been around near me for a while - the guy who imports them lives in my city (I believe), so the local stores have been carrying them. They're Far East built, allegedly by hand, and the designs, as you've noted, aren't exactly original. They look nice, but I've never tried one. What did you think of the one you played?

It had a very round D neck, nice and a hand full, but not too chunky, the setup was rather high, but still played well and sounded round and smooth - I was missing the edge a bit ...

I really should get around to trying one - it's not like they're scarce around here! I'd be lying if i said I wasn't just a tiny bit tempted by their Tom Anderson style superstrats.

I got offered a free ticket last week, but didn't feel like going.  Especially since they didn't have stuff for sale this year (probably just as well for Hunter   ).

Great pictures Hunter,  ( oh he of the brilliant soundclips )  - some great things there for us to vicariously enjoy  :)

Although may I respectfully say that the best 'investment' you ever made was your good lady.

Like the amps she is leaning on - she will get even nicer with age.
