String scr@ping
« on: July 20, 2008, 08:07:14 PM »
For some reason I have just started suffering from string scr@ping - especially when sliding non E shaped barre chords.

It's really driving me nuts as I haven't changed my technique at all. Any advice from anyone?
I think I hate being indecisive.

Try releasing the pressure from your fretting hand a bit more, also a little damp from your picking hand has your re-fretting the next chord.
I think thats how i overcame my scr@ping problem, i just had a quick strum and thats the best i can explain it!
