Website & forum problems.
« on: August 06, 2008, 12:16:27 PM »
At first it was just a logging in problem where it would load a blank page after i had input my details and i had to go back and refresh then everything was fine.

Then i can't get on the site at all never mind the forum, I just get DNS errors.

I managed to get around this by using ninjaproxy.com then it sorted itself out last fridayish.

Now its all happening again and i've been talking with some of my friends and it's also happening to them.

Does anyone else suffer from this?

yeah, i noticed this on certain computers soon after the forum was revised.

on some computers i can't see the bkp site at all - dns errors
on some everything is 100% fine
on others there a login error, but i can refresh and it works

also, i'd quite like the ability to delete posts i made and no ones responded to back

Me too.  Looks like a strange DNS issue.

I can get to some pages, some don't resolve at all.

As a work around I route all of my "guitar based web browsing" through Toronto...  That seems to work, for some reason.

I had the same sort of thing when I log on an and have to sign in.  If I put in my details and press Enter, then I get a DNS error, if I put my detials in and click on the login button, it works for some reason.
Advice worth what you just paid for it.

At first it happened only at home and my girfriends computer worked fine (even though its about 6 years older!)

But now i have to login then go back and login again and it works fine on both computers.
