Ugh... where can I get a really good fret dress for my ESP? (Update)

I was away for the summer and played my SG all summer, now I realize that the buzz from my ESP must be from some of the frets. It's really annoying, a 1000+ pound guitar, two years old, and the fretjob is not ok. Damn ESP!!! Well the frets are straight but I am pretty sure it is
NOT the neck relief
NOT the bridge
NOT the nut
and the neck seems to be not warped.
Especially the lower frets buzz more (around 12th, but basically all frets buzz a bit or much (on the lower strings).

I decided I need to take it to a tech who knows what he is doing! Can anyone recommend me someone in or around Birmingham? I don't want to take it to Charlie Chandler all the way in South London.

PMT do setups. Don't know what they're like but they're usually a good bunch of guys. However, the guy that does the setups isn't actually a PMT employee I don't think - It's sort of like a separate business run from within PMT?
Closer that Charlie Chandler anyways. Worth a shot.

If you find out what's causing the buzzing let me know because i have a similar sort of thing on my strat.

is it acoustic buzz or does it come through the amp as well?
electrics always buzz a bit or alot depending on how you like your action but as long as it doesnt come through the amp you are ok.
sounds very odd for a 2 year old ESP (and i am assuming not LTD) to need refretting unless it has been played to kingdom come.

I went to PMT in my lunch break. Theyactually have a guitar tech right in there who does all that. I will call him tomorrow and see what it would cost me.
The Rob Williams guy has a nice website, but it doesn't say where he is located and I am kind of stuck here at the moment. I haven't taken a single bus trip yet and don't have a car (I just re-located to Birmingham from London).

I found this place PMT. So this guy Trevor, older English guy, very nice, talks to me, looks at the guitar and makes some measurements, checks it out etc. Very cool guy, btw! So normally this costs 90 pounds all together. He however tells me it is ok and a fret levelling wouldn't really help (it is in fact theheavy gauge of strings I use and - mostly - that I downtuned the guitar to D standard). He then widened the nut slots for me that was on my list as well, which took like 5 minutes. I ask him what it costs and he tells me "ah, nothing, that's for free"!!!!!! Awesome! I already love that store. I almost felt a bit bad for not paying anything.

Though Trevor said he works freelance there, eventhough he has a workshop. But the guys at the store are quite nice as well.

Well yes, but the buzz is not heard over the amp. Actually I think it got a little bit better now that the nut slots have been adjusted.
