Bass pickups are not on the site - but they do exist! Mr Pig will be on the forum later to tell you all about them!

Thank you for your answer !

Actually I bought these pickups for my Fender Mexican Jazzbass. I can't wait for trying them !
I'm sure the sound improvement will be great. Mexican jazzbass standard pickups are a bit muddy for me and that's a big problem because I especially use my bass for recording via a DI.

Mecican Jazz Bass with BKP's would sound awesome. I would have done the same thing if I were a bass player. I'll bet you'll get those legendary tones the Jazz Bass is (in)famous for.

Btw, wouldn't it be cool if we had some soundclips of BKP equipped basses?

Yes we do make P and J style bass pickups, wound with either Heavy Formvar or plain enamel wire.I hope you like them, oh, and welcome to the forum :D .

We wind our jazz bass coils to the spec that Fender used in the 60's. We also can wind them with Heavy Formvar wire to produce a rounder tone with more punch.
Ive been meaning to put some in one of my Warwick’s, but they don’t make it easy to swap pickups because they use neck spaced pickups in both positions.
Ive got a Formvar wound P-bass set one of my bass guitars which sounds fantastic, its got so much more life in it than the actives in my Warwick’s. More bass and much more definition, it responds very well to both finger style and slap styles of playing.
