Is there a way to change hotmail password without secret question?
« on: September 20, 2008, 02:55:18 PM »
I don't know one of my hotmail passwords (I changed last night and forgot it) and it doesn't have a secret question that I know the answer too. Is it possible to change it still?

Cheers

It takes a great deal of perseverance. I got locked out of my account once and it took me about three weeks before I could get a live person to respond to me. Even after talking to a live person I hade to provide details of some of the saved folders and what was in the folders to regain access.

I think the other way of doing it is by your location etc. If the details you provide are the same as the hotmail account, you should be able to get back into it
