9v Supply

Is there an easy way to convery a battery only pedal to a 9v mains supply?  Had a quick look online, and couldn't see anything.

Yes there is:

You need one of these:  Adapter

And one of these:  Power Supply

You can then use one of these too, to power multiple pedals:  Daisy Chain
