Great Gigs Coming Up

My last gig was Iron Maiden in Dec 2006 but I have some cracking gigs coming up before the end of the year

Alter Bridge, probably my favorite band at the moment, plus they are filiming it for a live DVD.

Black Stone Cherry, really like these guys.

Gun, one of my all time fav bands. Too bad rankin is not on vocals but they have replaced him with the vocalist from one of my other all time fav bands (Toby Jepson from Little Angels) so not a disaster, plus I have seen them with rankin before.

Other bands I would really like to see in 2009 are Isis and Shihad. Would love to see eric johnson and everclear but think I will need a ticket to the US to make that happen.

which alterbridge gig are they filming???

im going to see paul gilbert soon in leeds.. nothing else booked, saw kaki king earlier this month which was awsome!!!

Russian Circles, next month, in Belfast. Supporting "These Arms Are Snakes", whoever the devil they are. Mastodon as well, the next month (hopefully better than the last time).

I should see Raging Speedhorn, Zimmers Hole, Opeth (though I'm bound to be dissapointed, yet again  :(), Napalm Death twice, Sigh, Cathedral, Taint, My Dying Bride, Benediction, Desecration, Ramesses, Gorgoroth, Viking Skull and Electric Wizard by the middle of December.
