Ah well.

I just hope Laney are ready to do one in a couple of years, and then maybe Boogie a few years after that.

Apparently, back when Andy Timmons was with Laney, they were talking about an Andy Timmons signature head. But then he went to Mesa.

As for a mesa sig, I don't think there would be any one better for it than John Petrucci. I can only imagine a head with tones similar to the Mark IIC+ and Lonestar in one  8)

this is from mustaines most recent post on his forum

"Well, maybe not London calling, but Milton Keynes is! On the weekend of November 4th, I am going to be venturing over to Jolly ole England to visit the Marshall Amplifier factory in Milton Keynes, to visit Dr. Jim Marshall (you would know him as the name "Marshall" on the front of my amps, ever since I started playing), and to make a surprise guest appearance for my amplifier and speaker cabinet endorsement with Marshall Amplifiers and also appearing with Dean Guitars and my equally prestigious Dave Mustaine Signature VMNT guitars."

This is something im quite excited about..

i like mustaine's riffs, and i love his solos.... but i'm sorry i can't take mustaine the man seriously after he endorsed a signature coffee. if this would be a KK Downing signature Marshall I'm sure I'd be as keen as mustard. but... :( :( it had better be exceptional, and not something simple and derivative.

Hmm, just down the road. Wonder if he is doing anything other than just visiting the factory.
