Brian May's Amp and Effects set-up

If you like Mr May, this month's Guitarist Mag (issue 309) will be essential for you as there is a 10 minute video of his tech Pete Malandrone going through his stage rig.

Looks expensive.
9 modded AC 30's with his tech working everything for him during the show except the wah and tuner mute.

Brian has his treble booster attached to his guitar strap all show so it is 1st in the chain before the wireless unit.

Awesome! Brian has one of the most distinctive and unique guitar tones out there.

Very good - I liked the part when his tech said that he didn't need all of the equipment and that an AC30, a booster and a red special would have done!
I think I hate being indecisive.

I have the schematic for the brian may treble booster, pretty simple stuff. not a fan of the man's tone though.
