Out of the Mudhole: Clean Warpigs
« on: October 27, 2008, 01:53:43 AM »
So I decided to step out of the box a little and do some cleanish Warpig action.  There aren't too many of those around right?  It's more of a tone test really since I just came up with this short riff and started to play around with it while recording so excuse the sloppy playing.

Okay so it's not that clean.  The gain is at about 10 o'clock on my Peavey Classic 30 and boosted with the Jekyll & Hyde overdrive.  And no that's not a tambourine you hear in the background, that's pure Peavey tube rattle.  The guitar is a Jackson SLSMG with both AV Warpigs activated(middle position).

By the way...that's me mum at the end.

I love my Warpig bridge when it's clean. It is super $%&#ing awesome - tastic sauce.

And I like this clip <3

Nice of mom to contribute too.
"Would you like some lemon oil?"
"Oh, no thanks, I don't eat fruit."

Thanks Jonny, glad you liked it.  These pickups really can do it all can't they?  I'm thinking of putting a 5-way in there for some coil splits to add more awesomesaucebbq.

The clip of my mom was from a cell phone recording of her telling a story that I randomly decided to add.
