Now, I admittedly I am not at all a fan of PRS, so take this with a pinch of salt by all means, but;

There's a Modern Eagle in the Brum Soundcontrol/Reverb/Whatever, or at least there was. I think it was an awful guitar, outclassed by pretty much every other higher end guitar in the shop. Maybe it was a cr@p example, but I was startled at how embarrassingly overpriced a guitar could be. The £15,999 Setzer Gretsch was better value for money imo.

and it's got gold AND silver hardware! Buhuh? :?

Interesting comment.  I've read a few reviews and done some research, and there are really mixed opinions on the MEs.  Also, I don't know of any artist signature guitar that has a rosewood neck.

Coincidence?

That's what I thought - until I listened to the clips on the Martamp site. I then knew it wasn't.
I think I hate being indecisive.

Whoops! My mistake! Somehow I got confused with the guitarist, also called Dave, in the ACDC tribute band. How silly of me!

I don't think that has any relevance to be honest, not many people have experience using rosewood for necks, and alot of these signature guitars are made based on the tried tested haves of the guitarist in question.
