Not guitar related really.  I have all i feel i deserve on guitar, until i become more accomplished.

However, i do have some other things in mind:

Eventually i would like to get the pitch black tuner, but for now i will stick to the cheap korg handheld i have.

Pretty nice! I've allways been a Meinl/Paiste fan though.

Are you a drummer too?  Paiste has some nice stuff, their hand hammered stuff seems to rule ass.  Ideally i would have all Istanbul cymbals, but they are $%&#ing expensive!  Someday maybe :)

Yarrrrr, and Istanbul are awesome, but frighteningly expensive!

I wanna get a Big Dog E002 for christmas this year, they're built pretty much identical to Iron Cobras at half the price!

If anyones parents etc keep bugging them for things to get but you dont really have anything you're after - get a Planet Waves string winder :) I just got one and its awesome. Winds strings well (bloody well should for a tenner!) and also has a nice handy string cutter, plus acoustic bridge pin puller (though I cant actually figure out where this is/how to use it  maybe I'm just a bit slow)

I just wait and see what I'm given.

What I'll be geting myself is another matter. I've ordered the materials for my isocab, so no need for that. Having a PB I cant really justify a peters till I have a good isocab. The Axe FX is pretty far from convincing me its what I want. I think I'll get a copy of IK ARC.

I have a pair of iron cobras, they fvcking rule.  I have never heard of or see these Big Dog pedals you speak of.  Sound intriguing.  I would like to get another pair of double bass pedals so i can use them as a practice set, not on the kit, for building up speed and such.

Pah! I made a string winder thats build like a tank and fits standard electic sized machine heads like a glove :D (I made it on account of all the ones I bought flapping about idiotically or breaking quickly or both).

I'm relatively GAS free right now.

Apart from the fact that I want a good reverb pedal... and a decent delay pedal.

Hmmm ... a set of Irish Tours would be good as well.

Maybe I'm not that GAS free after all  :D

to put it horribly...

I am far, far too picky a person to buy gifts for, you could buy me a dream guitar and i'd hate the color, change the color and i'd hate the pickups, change the pickups and i'd hate the fretboard radius....get a perfect fretboard and magically enough the guitar will have side-by-side tuners which i cannot stand, you get the picture.......

plus i'm far to nice of a guy to admit i'd hate your gift, my ex hated the fact she'd never know if I truly liked something she bought me as i'm never one to dissapoint

I had a Khaler trem earmarked for my Explorer, but it's gonna be a bit too expensive once the cash to have it fitted is figured in.  Now considering a Bigsby for my Tele, hmm.

Also wanting a router and dovetail jig - had planned to buy these myself but crimbo is just round the corner and people are asking for pressie ideas.  Those two combined are about £60.00 - the 'rents will fork out for those two and the grey-hair can Daddy it with the power tools to get me up and running.

Lastly, I'm asking for some valve transformers and a chassis so I can build another amp - got loads of projects half/part finished at the minute, so cash-flow is tight.  I always wanted a Matchless Superchief, but (1) they were/are hiddeously expensive, and (2) they only made a small number of them in the first place, so finding one is tough even 'if' I had the cash.  Probably make a 30w 6L6 version of it though as the 100w that the original kicked out is a bit pointless if I want to gig it.

I really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really want a OLP MM32 bass in Black Cherry.

I can't find any anywhere, and it's one of two basses i ACTUALLY want. Most basses are just... ugly.

There is one on ebay but i now wont have cash until the end of the month when i get paid :(
